Are Tech Together sessions online or in-person?

Currently, Tech Together only runs group social sessions in-person. However, one-on-one personalised sessions can be arranged due to the requirements/needs of the client.

Is Tech Together an NDIS registered provider

Tech Together is not an NDIS registered provider. We are more than happy to work with NDIS plan managers to discuss requirements for funding. Previous clients have been able to use core and social capacity to claim our invoices.

How can I book and register for a session?

  1. You can click ‘Bookings’ on the top menu.
  2. Check the session times and age groups.
  3. Select a date and enter in your details.
  4. Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain a link to our registration form.

How many participants will be in a session?

At the moment all our gaming and Lego sessions will have a maximum of 8 participants and 2 mentors/facilitators.

How can I pay once I have booked?

Once you have booked a session and registered, you will receive an invoice within 1-2 business days that contains direct debit details.

When should I pay the invoice?

Invoices need to be paid before a participant begins a session. If this is not possible or may be an issue, Tech Together is more than happy to work with their clients to come to an agreement.

Is Tech Together a NDIS registered business?

Tech Together is not a NDIS registered business, but our clients who have NDIS funding (self-managed and plan managed) have been able get our services reimbursed

Can I book a one-on-one gaming, tech or Lego session?

Tech Together understands that some participants may find group sessions over stimulating or challenging. Individual gaming, tech or Lego sessions can be tailored to suit a participant.
